The book signing, set up by our publisher HistoryPress, was a huge success.  What a thrill to see an audience of over 50 people who were obviously fans of THE MOTHER ROAD.  Had we the time we would have loved to hear their stories.

After a lovely introduction, Alan gave a little speech then handed the mic to me.  So little time and so much to say!

One might be intimidated with a crowd this size looking on, but they were all friendly faces, dotted with my dear Duarte friends who came along for moral support!

Yikes, there is even a line!  We felt like celebrities.  Thanks to all of you who came for the program and those who bought a book, some for the second time!
