It is my opinion that fast food has gotten a bad rap. It is being blamed for the obesity problem in America. Fast food is not the reason why people are fat. The reason people are fat is because they eat too much and don't move around enough.
That said, I will make it my goal to seek and evaluate some of the finest fast food delicacies that exist.
For instance, the Western Bacon Cheeseburger from Carl's Jr. has to be the finest fast food burger ever made.
Now, those will argue that the Double-Double, King Burger from Fat Burger and the Tommy's chili cheesburger put the Western Bacon Cheeseburger to shame. And they would be right.
But In N Out, Fat Burger and Tommy's fall into a higher tier of fast foodom than Carl's Jr. The expectations are higher at In N Out, and their burgers should rise to that quality.
When compared to the Big Mac, Whopper and Jumbo Jack, the Western Bacon Cheeseburger is by far the superior burger.
There will be those who disagree, and it is my hope that they disagree passionately. It is also my hope to create a healthy exchange of opinions about some of the most unhealthy food ever created.
As with anything that can be bought in a drive-thru, let's enjoy with moderation.
