I recently received a report from aviation consultant Oliver Wyman regarding air traffic at Ontario International Airport.
The information produced is not exactly new. Flights have been steadily declining since 2007. But the chart below is nonetheless pretty stark. It shows the number of flights various carriers had in 2007, and the number of flights those airlines have today. Some of the airlines are now out of business, or, like ExpressJet, have vastly changed their business models.
