Fashion district deals

If you don't mind venturing outside the Valley, the Fashion District (circa 9th and Maple) has tons of good deals, if you don't mind the so-so quality. I checked it out for the first time this weekend and came home with a super cute, 70s-inspired print dress. But be prepared to bargain!
