JCPenney's has a very low price for a 106-piece pot and pan set. The quality can't be great for the price, and most of the set is plastic utensils, tupperware, or kitchen tools. But it's $60 (orig $150), making it ideal for someone who will cook at college or is moving into their first apartment. The set includes:
