$20k Shopping spree

Notices to sign up for the spree have been plastered all over Westfield malls and today I finally decided to enter. Who couldn't use $20,000 worth of shoes and jeans and bags? I mean, a lot more people could use a hot meal or a roof over their head, but I have a feeling Westfield wants you to spend the money at one of their malls. Just a hunch.
