Sometimes bargains *are* too good to be true. Shoppers should be especially wary of ridiculously good prices online, as one LA Times reporter found. David Colker - who writes about scams for the paper - says he thought he was getting "a brand-name product at a bargain price by being a smart shopper, just like my feal-market-loving mom taught me."
