Target: free ship with $50 of costumes
Until Oct 20, Target is offering free ground shipping when you spend $50 on costumes. Seems like nearly all of the Halloween costumes are eligible for the free shipping, including this cute girls witch costume, complete with broom and pointy hat. Gotta find your own warts. Costs $10 (orig $15). Or this costume to be everyone's favorite sidekick, Robin, of Batman fame. 
Strangely, the medium size is $10 and the small is $20.
