Gifts ideas for men who need to buy

| | Comments (0) |

EarringStand.jpg Here's a shocker. One in five men have not started their holiday shopping, according to a retail group called the National Retail Federation. And by now it's so late you *have* to go to the stores, hubby points out (after he pointed out that he has, in fact, started his own xmas shopping). The Federation says the "average" person has checked off half their list. As a whole women are actually not doing much better than men with about one in seven being big fat procrastinators this time of year. So here are a few suggestions for versatile gifts (and under $30, too!).

A faux antique brass earring hanger, above, for $10 from Urban Outfitters. Pair it with actual earrings (like these small filigree hoops for $16 or these glass bead drops for $18) and you are set. This gold Serpentine bracelet for $20 is also really cute. matt_damon.jpg

The Bourne Ultimatum DVD is $25 at Best Buy, good for men and women alike. Star Matt Damon was voted Sexist Man Alive by People mag, afterall.

For the liberal in your life, a one-year subscription to Vanity Fair through Amazon.com is $18. Lots of choices for pet lovers, athletes, newshounds, and lots of choices for other personality types.
