The absolute last minute cut off for most seems to be Dec 20 or Dec 21, but that's for the pricey express or overnight shipping. Many standard shipping deadlines pass today, tomorrow, or Friday. Also remember that for many stores it takes a day or two to put your order together before it is shipped. So basically, get shopping!
