Free hair color

Puttin' the caveats right up top on this one. I have not been to this salon so I cannot vouch for the quality of its services. That said, a free hair color is a free hair color and Yossi's Salon in Woodland Hills is offering them to new clients until March 3, 2008. Yossi said he got 1,000 packages of dye from Wella and is passing on the savings to new customers. Normally he charges $65 to $75 for a hair color. Of course, once you go into the salon they are likely to try and sell you other services.
