I think the women's and children's shoes at Payless are a better deal. The men's shoes are cheap, but the two pairs I got recently are pretty crappy, quality-wise. I've had better luck with the cheaper shoes at Florsheim -- they're more comfortable. I have a lot of arch issues, and the cheap shoes really screw you ... in the arches.
