Costco will deliver three dozen long-stemmed red roses in a glass vase to your sweetie on Valentines's Day OR the day before (you can't specify) for $60. Orders have to be placed by 3 p.m. Feb 11. Unclear if they also are selling flowers in the store. Find a Costco near you.
By comparrison, Flowers.com will deliver three dozen roses without a vase for $100.
Caveats: don't have to be a member, but non-members pay a 5% surcharge ($63 for the roses), according to their site.
