At least one gasoline expert predicts prices at the pump will rise after the Superbowl this Sunday. Right now the lowest price for a gallon of regular in the Valley is about $2.99, according to LA Gas Map. Get even lower prices at cash only stations or places that require membership (Costco). Use $2.99 as a barometer for the prices you see, but check back daily because prices can fluctuate as much as a dime a day.
