I attempted to take advantage of McDonald's free chicken biscuit offer this morning (5/15) at the McDonald's at 2457 Lincoln Blvd. Venice, CA. After purchasing coffee at 6:00 a.m., I was informed that the offer did not begin until 7:00 a.m. All the posted notices were in Spanish Only and no time restriction was apparent. At 7:00 a.m., I requested my free breakfast chicken biscuit and was informed that I would have to purchase a medium drink. I told the server (manager) that I didn't want another coffee and asked why there were no ads posted in English. She just looked at the promotions in Spanish and shook her head. I left McDonald's without the free chicken breakfast biscuit. So it goes.
