Get $40 off a regular priced HP printer of $99 or more when you trade in your old printer at Office Depot. HP Printers range from $70 to about $350. An HP K5400 color inkjet printer, above, is $150 before the discount.
My old printer was an HP and it lasted forever, even though the paper feeder broke. According to Hubby that's what HP printers are known for - longevity.
Caveats: You must use the discount the same day you bring in your printer. Your old printer must measure no more than 17.75" x 17.75" x 23.5" and fit into a large Tech Recycling box, which the store provides. Limit one per customer.

I've said it many times: Office Depot is perhaps the best place to get a deal on electronic items.
I recently got a $99 digital camera there (a Kodak). That deal can be had at many other places, but Office Depot recently lowered the price to $89.
And if you're in the market for a computer -- laptop or desktop -- Office Depot often has the best prices and most features for your money.
Check out the circulars in your Sunday newspaper, and for killer deals, head to Office Depot that morning before they run out (especially for laptops around or below $400).

Replacement toner cartridges are approximatley $50.00, give or take depending who is beating whom over price at amazon.com and pricegrabber.com.
Be forwarned, it is black and white and does not copy, scan or fax.
But for 50 bucks, a very good deal for an HP laser printer that is new in the box and not refurbished.
Similar to may ink jet cartrdiges where the cost of replacement ink often times exceeds the cost of the price of the printer, we are almost at that same point with entry-level laser jet printers.
