Baskin Robbins $1 scoop Tuesdays
Get a $1 kid-sized scoop of ice cream every Tuesday night at participating Baskin Robbins stores. The cheap treat is a 2.5 ounce scoop that normally sells for about $2. Some stores will give you an adults scoop (usually about $2.50) for $1.
To get the discount drop by Baskin Robbins between 6 and 10pm on Tuesdays. You don't have to be a kid to get the deal, which is ongoing.
To find out if your local Baskin Robbins is participating call them. Stores are listed here. But remember to call! Just because a store is listed does not mean they are participating.
I love Baskin Robbins' mint ice cream, but I'm a sucker for that flavor pretty much anywhere.

The Baskins robbins thing is the old bait and switch tactic. I called the five B&R's that came up in the 91505 area and not one of them did the $1 scoops on Tuesday. It's just a scam to get you in to the stores. You shouldn't help them with this.
Glad you called first. I was told that most of the stores in SoCal were participating, but apparently you are in an ice cream deal free zone! ~Julia
I also called, five stores near my house, 91501 burbank, and not one knew what I was asking about, would have been nice on a day like today in the valley :(
As an altnernative to finding a Baskin Robbins franchisee who may be participating in the Tuesday $1.00 ice cream offer, many Rite-Aid locations continue to offer Thrifty ice cream and ice cream counter.
You can have a scoop in a cup or cone for right around $1.00.
True, Rite-Aid doesn't offer malts, shakes, sundaes or smoothies, but at least you can get a good deal on an ice cream cone every day of the week!
Thrifty even has mint chocolate chip!
Actually, I'm surprised that Rite-Aid even continues to offer Thrifty ice cream and have often wondered if it makes money (my hunch it doesn't...Rite-Aid does not break this out in their financials) and surprised after more than 11 years after Thrifty-Payless was acquired, the ice cream is still available.
You can also find Thrifty ice cream at independent ice cream shops throughout the west in areas where Rite-Aid has no locations, such as Phoenix.
Rite-Aid does not break out the locations that carry Thrifty ice cream on their web site.
You may want to call the plant in El Monte, CA at (626)571-0122 for store availability.

nope, they used to offer that deal, but when i went to B&R last month for that offer, they said it was no longer applicable. It was in Glendale, by the way.
Great idea, thanks! ~Julia
We live in Central California and go to our local store every tuesday. It's always $1.00 / scoop. We've been going there for months.
