Bowl tickets 50% off

Get 50% off tickets to the Hollywood Bowl for the Sept. 3 Bossa Nova concert, which features a number of special guests. One of them, Luciana Souza, I have seen perform twice and she is amazing (pictured above).

When I checked this morning, tickets in the N1 section, which is prime seating, were $12.50 (orig $25) with a $4.75 convenience charge per ticket. It looks like this section is the only one with the 50% off discount, but perhaps other sections will have prices slashed when they sell out N1. Look at a seating chart here.

To get the discounted tickets, go the to bowl's Web site, select the Sept 3 Bossa Nova concert, select the number of tickets you want under "Special Internet Offer" and enter the word BOWL in the box next to the ticket price.

Could be a great way to squeeze in one last concert under the stars in before reality hits that summer is nearly over.
