Weekly menu planner for $7 a month
Get help planning your meals for the week with a menu planer from the Web site Relish!. Each week the site offers members 15 dinner ideas. You chose five, then it gives you the recipes and shopping list.
You can set the list to the size of your family, from 2 to 8 mouths. Dinners include chicken burritos with mango salsa, soy and ginger flank steak with spinach salad, and couscous salad with feta and mint. Here is a sample weekly menu. Here is a sample weekly grocery list.
The catch is a monthly subscription costs $7. But you can try it out for two weeks for free with code losangeles, special just for Bargain Hunter readers. I'm not sure if it is case sensitive. To use it click on the tab that says redeem a voucher.
Members also get access to menus for lunch, a tailgate party, fondue party, and themed parties. Each Thursday members get an email with a link to that week's recipes.
Each dinner recipe also tells you how many calories, grams of protein, fat, fiber, and carbohydrates are in the meal along with other nutrition info. Some menus require a crock pot.
Relish's sister site is GfreeCuisine, which is a $10 a month meal planner for glutton-free meals. Get a free two-week trial with code losangeles.

"Relish" is also a supplement in the Daily News, and I've used several of the recipes. I like that fact that the publication features different ethnic foods, as well as unusual food items and seasonings, kitchen tools, etc.
It doesn't include a weekly menu planner, but savvy shoppers and coupon clippers can figure out how to use most of the ingredients/recipes for weekly planning.
