Last minute gifts for women
Men make up the bulk of last-minute holiday shoppers, according to a recent PayPal survey. Men procrastinate? REALLY???
Okay, that was an unfair, sarcastic characterization of almost half of the world's population. To make amends I'm suggesting a few last minute gifts that your lady will love.
+ A gift certificate to a spa, which gives her options for how to use it. Facial? Massage? New do? The choice is hers.
+ A piece of clothing from a store she shops at frequently. She will appreciate the effort you took to pick something out. Include a...
...gift receipt so she can exchange it.
+ Something to keep her warm. A scarf, slippers, gloves, a hat. Remember to include a gift receipt.
+ A framed picture of the two of you. Target has frames for $5 and up.
+ A gadget she has been wanting. Or something that compliments one she already has, like MP3 downloads, cool applications, or a cell phone case.
+ A note about how much you adore her.
+ When in doubt, call her girlfriend and ask for suggestions.
+ A clear jar with ingredients to make cookies or brownies. Include a tag with directions and what ingredients the recipient needs to add (eggs, milk, butter, etc).

To those who know me personally, and read my musings on here, a certificate for the Nordstrom Spa in Woodland Hills would be very nice!
It would give me a reason to go to the full-line Nordstrom instead of my usual hangout, Nordstrom Rack.
I know I'm cheap, but please, no certificates for a massage from one of those little hole-in-the-wall strip center Korean massage parlors! Something about those places gives me the creeps...lol
