A few good deals I spotted in the Sunday newspaper inserts:

Big Lots has $2 DVDs. Selection varies by store. Holiday tins are $1.50 to $2. 100-foot rolls of wrapping paper are $2.50.
Big 5 Sporting Goods has many great coupons: a four-piece stainless steel traveling mug set for $10. Single mugs can cost that much! The Zero gravity micro car is $29. UGG Lookalikes boots in youth sizes are $20 (adult sizes are $30). Men and women's slip on suede leather slippers are $10. Portable electronic suduko games are $5.

Kragen Auto has a buy one get one free coupon for all season wiper blades, $6 and up. Peak life long coolant/anti-freeze has a buy one get one free coupon with a mail-in rebate.
Macys has coupons for $10 off a purchase of $40, $15 off $50, $25 off $100 and $50 off $200. Unfortunately, there are many caveats. Read the fine print for details.
Radio Shack has a 7-inch digital picture frame for $50.
Target has...
...a Memorex pink DVD player for $34. A Razr RipStik scooter/skateboard is $65. An Oregon scientific indoor/outdoor thermometer is $12.50.
Toys 'R Us has three racecar tracks from $15 to $30, including the Hot Wheels Fireball Raceway for $20, which has multiple gravity-defying tracks that form a sphere. Classic board games like Connect 4, Twister, Operation, Battleship and more are $6 with a $3 mail-in rebate. Get a $15 gift card when you buy two games for PS3, Wii, Xbox 360 that are $40 or more.
Thru Friday Vons has 5 lb boxes of Clementines for $5 and boneless whole pork loin for $2/lb. Many wines are on sale.
Caveats: prices may vary. Some prices are good thru Christmas, others end sooner. Some deals require coupons.
