Palm Desert’s Bellatrix Restaurant is hosting a La Quinta Brewing Co. beer pairing dinner at 6:30 p.m. tonight (January 10).

Cost for the three-course dinner is $39 per person. Brewer Ryan Pearson will be in attendance.

On tonight’s menu:

• Greeting with Windy Point Wheat
• Mixed greens salad with shaved fennel, prosciutto, walnuts and blood orange dressing, paired with Poolside Blonde
• Seared sea bass and chorizo sausage with a tomato leek ragout and seasonal vegetables, paired with One Eleven Pale Ale
• Bittersweet chocolate mousse with chantilly cream and One Eleven Pale Ale reduction, paired with Koffi Porter
