Inland Empire brewery summer update: Rök House, Hamilton open; Escape, Skyland and No Clue coming soon

It’s been a while since we’ve done an update on Inland Empire breweries, so, let’s catch up, shall we?

Two new, long-anticipated breweries opened last month: Upland’s Rök House Brewing Company and Rancho Cucamonga’s Hamilton Family Brewery.

Rök House has become the third point of what we’re calling the “Beermuda Triangle,” with its proximity to both Claremont Craft Ales and Dale Bros. Brewery.

The brewery is celebrating its grand opening “Röxtravaganza” from noon to 10 p.m. this Saturday (August 2), with seven beers on tap and food available from the Viking Truck (naturally!), Pappas Artisanal and Buttercup Catering.

Hank’s Cadillac will perform from 5 to 9 p.m.

Rök House Brewing Company is at 1939 W. 11th St., Suite A.

We’re glad to see that Hamilton Family Brewery is finally open, especially with its proximity to the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin newsroom.

The Hamiltons have certainly proven their dedication to brewing craft beer.

Following an unsuccessful Kickstarter campaign, the young couple sold their house to finance the brewery.

Hamilton Family Brewery is at 9757 Seventh St., Suite 802.

Redlands’ Escape Craft Brewery is one step closer to opening, as they went before the city on Tuesday and got their conditional use permit approved, with flying colors.

Escape Craft Brewery is at 721 Nevada St., Suite 401.

Meanwhile, Corona’s Skyland Ale Works is also making progress.

The brewery posted on Facebook last week that its Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau application had been forwarded on for final review and signature.

Skyland Ale Works is at 109 N. Maple St., Unit C.

Another Rancho Cucamonga brewery, No Clue Craft Brewery, is currently doing construction on the brewery and awaiting final approval for its tasting room from the city.

No Clue Craft Brewery is at 9037 Arrow Route #170, also within close proximity to the Daily Bulletin’s newsroom.
