Countdown to LA Beer Week: Official beer released at Smog City Brewing in Torrance today (and check out their other events as well)

unity

At 4 p.m. today Smog City in Torrance will release the official beer of LA beer Week, Unity.

Here’s more from the press release:

Created as a celebration of innovation and experimentation, this Tart Saison exemplifies what the LA Brewers Guild is becoming known for: the UNITY of individualized voices coming together. We believe that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts and our community will continue to benefit as we raise the bar together. Brewed in collaboration at Smog City Brewing, this years’ UNITY commemorates LA Beer Week 7, which promotes and celebrates the growth of craft beer in Los Angeles.
