A wine barrel-aged sour blonde with fresh pressed Reisling grape must, Brix layer is a collaboration with J. Brix Wines in Escondido and is available for order through Smog City through March 18, a day ahead of the official release party:
Our Partners-in-Collaboration, Emily and Jody of J. Brix will be here March 19th for the Release Party offering pre-sales for their Riesling, Cobolorum, made using the same riesling grapes as was use in the making of Brix Layer.
Wine bottles will not be available for pick up at the brewery, all delivery and pick ups will be coordinated through J. Brix. All sales will be conducted through J. Brix.In the works is a special “Friends of Smog” event at their facility in Escondido. Details to come!
Purchased bottles will be available at Smog City’s Tasting Room starting noon Saturday, March 19th at the official bottle release party and available through Sunday, April 17th, plus the beer will be available on draft beginning the day of the event. If we do not sell out online, bottle sales to the general public will begin March 20th.
