New brewery (finally) takes over Wild Donkey Brewing Company’s former space

bootleggers-breweryIt’s officially official.

Fullerton’s Bootlegger’s Brewery has landed in the Inland Empire.

It’s finally moved into the space that, until recently, was Wild Donkey Brewing Company, 2351 W. Lugonia Ave., Suite G, Redlands.

I guess we can keep a secret.

The move-in isn’t yet complete, but the brewery is open this weekend as the transformation continues.

Hours — for now — are noon to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays.

If you’re curious to check it out, don’t delay and you’ll be rewarded. The brewery is giving each customer a pint glass to take home while supplies last.

On tap this weekend are: Pokin’ the Bear Juicy DIPA, Mouth Menace triple IPA, Palomino Pale Ale, Old World Hefe, Far Out IPA, Golden Chaos Belgian Ale, Black Phoenix Chipotle Coffee Stout, Knuckle Sandwich DIPA and Mint Chocolate Porter, with Chango IPA, Berliner Weisse, and Lavender Peach Saison on deck.
