We’ve been anticipating the opening of Rancho Cucamonga’s Solorio Brewing Company for well over a year now, following their progress via their Instagram account.
Proposed opening dates came and went. Until recently, their Instagram bio still indicated they were planning to open in January 2017.
Well, the day has come. No more waiting.
Solorio, the city’s sixth brewery, will open October 7.
The city’s brewery boom isn’t quite done, though. Two more breweries are tentatively set to open in the Rancho Cucamonga at some point in the future: Grabrewski Beer Co. and Mars Brewing Company.
Obviously, we’re not holding our breath.
