Next Barons Market Backroom Beer Pairing is this Wednesday

Tickets are still available for this month’s Backroom Beer Pairing at Barons Market.

The event, which features beers from Temecula’s Black Market Brewing Co., is set for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday (December 13).

The tasting menu includes:

  • Hefeweizen paired with goat cheese and olive crostini.
  • New England Style “The Yellow Can” IPA paired with Tandoor Chef chicken samosas with Roland mango chutney.
  • Enemy Within with Passion Fruit paired with ham, cranberry and brie sliders.
  • Tradecraft Sour/Watermelon Gose paired with Barons’ white chicken chili with a dollop of crème fraiche, sprig of cilantro and Tacupeto chips.

Tickets are $15, with the entire ticket price from its Inland Empire markets — Temecula, Murrieta and Wildomar — going to support Feeding America Riverside | San Bernardino.

Proceeds from ticket sales for the San Diego area stores will support the San Diego Food Bank.
