Has it really been two years?
At the time Riverside’s Thompson Brewing Co. closed — back in August 2015 — I noted that the brewery would be closing for “a few months” while it relocated to a much larger space across the street at 9900 Indiana Ave., Suites 6 and 7.
Well, compared to a thousand, 25 is a few.

We’ve been anticipating the opening of Rancho Cucamonga’s Solorio Brewing Company for well over a year now, following their progress via their Instagram account.
Proposed opening dates came and went. Until recently, their Instagram bio still indicated they were planning to open in January 2017.

Offering a truly unique experience for Inland Empire (and likely Southern California) beer drinkers, Sour Cellars officially opens December 30 in Rancho Cucamonga.
You see, every beer produced by the brewery is a barrel-aged sour, plus the brewery specializes in newly isolated wild yeast strains.

Beer is typically found on college campuses, but apparently never like this.
Cal Poly Pomona has opened what it says is the first-ever brewery-restaurant at a college campus.
Innovation Brew Works will celebrate its grand opening from 4 to 8 p.m. tomorrow (February 20).
Innovation’s café has been open since September, but its brewery has only been brewing since December.
The brewery’s current tap list consists of five house brews — an orange wheat, a porter and red, blond and brown ales — and seven brews from local breweries, including Dale Bros. Brewery, Alosta Brewing Co., Claremont Craft Ales and Ritual Brewing Co.
