San Bernardino County Board Chairman declares state of emergency

San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors Chairman Paul Biane declared this morning a state of emergency from the Freeway Complex Fire which spread into Chino Hills and the communities of Los Serranos and Sleepy Hollow.
