Ex was at practice yesterday wearing a black, support brace on his broken hand, but didn't have the hard white cast on.
His hand is feeling a lot better, he said, and he's hoping to be able to start throwing again next week, although it's wildly optimistic to think he'd play next Friday against Valencia.
