Practice at 11 a.m. tommorrow

Just in case you are wondering, Birmingham is lifting and watching film at 11 a.m. on Saturday.

``As long as we're alive, we're going to be ready,'' coach Ed Croson said. ``And if that was the last game, well, it was a great season.''
