Northrop releases dividends

The board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE: NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable Dec. 8 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Nov. 26.

The board also declared a dividend of $1.75 per share on the company’s Series B convertible preferred stock, payable Jan. 15, 2008, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Jan. 2, 2008. Northrop
Grumman Corp. is a $30 billion global defense and technology company whose 120,000 employees provide innovative systems, products, and solutions in information and services, electronics, aerospace and shipbuilding to government and commercial customers worldwide.

In the South Bay, Northrop has its Space Technology sector based in Redondo Beach, and its Integrated Systems sector based in El Segundo.
