Boeing Co. Loses Another DoD Award
Not as painful as losing the Air Force tanker deal, but a loss nonetheless.
(Bloomberg News) Lockheed Martin Corp. and its partners beat a Boeing Co.-led team for a $766 million contract to supply the U.S. Defense Department with advanced radios.Lockheed and BAE Systems PLC, General Dynamics Corp. Raytheon Co. and Northrop Grumman Corp. will develop the airborne and maritime Joint Tactical Radio Systems, a satellite radio platform for aircraft and ships.

Watchout Boeing is going to say that the USAF was not fair when awarding this contract, just like the tanker contract, boeing always sends in there second
string because they think every contract should be there
