Aztec Tents, the Torrance-based maker of tents for outdoor events, acquired the manufacturing assets of Anza Tents of Torrance.

The deal's financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Aztec's manufacturing base while allowing Anza to focus on sales instead of production.
