Local Patent to Grow Hair

El Segundo-based skin care company Murad Inc. said its founder, Howard Murad, was awarded his 18th patent by the United States Patent Office.

This latest patent represents Murad's research and discovery of a scalp treatment to promote hair growth, the company said.
