Company Helps Its Employees Get Healthy

DaVita Inc., the El Segundo-based operator of nationwide kidney dialysis centers, recently partnered with insurance company CIGNA to launch a health management program for DaVita employees.

The Lifestyle Management Program is created to help employees stop smoking, manage stress and lose weight. As part of the program, eligible employees can receive five personal coaching sessions by phone.

Employees can also use other tools from the program, such as a workbook and measuring tape.
