Sometimes a good laugh is all I need to make it through the day.

I just got an email from Marcus & Millichap about a property deal. Here's how the email starts:

"Attached please find a press release for the closed lusting ..."

Seven minutes later, I received another email from the same sender that read:

"I apologize, i mean listing."
