Boeing has reason to be confident about its commercial sector. However, the company's military programs, like C-17 and F-35, could be hurt by changing budget priorities by the Department of Defense.


Boeing announces 49 more plane orders at Farnborough

(Puget Sound Business Journal) Led by American Airlines' exercising its option for an additional 35 737-800s, Boeing Co. announced orders for 49 new airplanes at the Farnborough air show in London worth about $4.6 billion at list prices.
