MUHAMMED EL-HASAN: A New Way to Advertise

Advertisements have invited every aspect of our lives. We can't drive down the street, take an elevator or even listen to public radio without being bombarded with ads.
So it should surprise no one that playing in the sand on the beach may become another occasion to view an ad.
That's why my Business Casual column is about this week.
Here's how I started the column:

Bobby Godwin laid a round rubber stamp - the size of a large pizza - onto the sand near the Redondo Beach pier.


He stepped all over the brown plate, pulled it off and voila.

An ad in the beach sand for anyone to see.
