This came as a bit of a surprise. Some Realtors are actually happy about at least one element of the weak housing market.

I explored this surprising revelation in Business Casual.


Housing prices are also dropping again, and banks are still reluctant to give loans to homebuyers.

With all this bad news, is there any silver lining?
