Edwin Rodriguez on Friday weighed in at 170 pounds, two pounds over the limit, for his challenge Saturday to super middleweight champion Andre Ward at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario (on HBO).

Rodriguez, of Worcester, Mass. via the Dominican Republic, has until 4 p.m. to shed the two pounds or he will not be able to fight for the title.
