An eye for an eye

The assassination (by proxy) of Dr. George Tiller by the coward Bill O’Reilly.

The Fox News contributor and his lackeys are accomplises in the murder of the late late-term abortion provider from Kansas.

They didn’t pull the trigger, but they incited the murderer with their consistent badgering of the doctor over the span of a few years on their newscasts.

“Tiller the baby killer” they blurted time after time.

They compared his “murdering of fetuses” to Hitler.

They in turn provoked a deranged individual so blindly obsessed with the abortion issue to kill the doctor while he was in church.

What would Jesus do?

No one likes abortions.

No one wants to see the unborn terminated.

But no one is above the law. And, like it ot not, abortion is still legal in America.

More importantly, no one is above God.

The doctor was smited by this goon with an assist from the goons at Fox News.

The same newscasters that defended crowds at McCain-Palin rallies during the 2008 campaign who were yelling “Kill him” when referring to then candidate Barack Obama.

Long ago Marshall McLuhan coined the phrase “the medium is the message,” meaning that “the form of a medium embeds itself in the message, creating a symbiotic relationship by which the medium influences how the message is perceived.”

McLuhan said that “a medium affects the society in which it plays a role not only by the content delivered over the medium, but also by the characteristics of the medium itself.”

Gives us your tired of being unnoticed, your angry, your unhinged, your hateful huddled masses.

One cannot condone the practice of Dr. Tiller.

No one can justify Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, who again twisted the news story to his advantage: he said the liberal news media was trying to politicize Tiller’s murder and blame the right-wing bloggers and wingnuts.

Keith Olbermann of MSNBC, who is a bit obsessed with O’Reilly to begin with, took O’Reilly and Fox to task for what he says was ultimately domestic terrorism.

But the most outrageous statement came from one Randall Terry of Operation Rescue, who said Tiller “reaped what he sewed.”

In other words, he had it coming to him.

An eye for an eye. Terry is justifying Tiller’s murder.

What then in the eyes of God?

A man who performed late-term abortions is gunned down in a house of God.

What if Tiller’s mother had the option of abortion? He would’ve never lived to provide late-term abortions.

What if his killer had never been born? He never would’ve been so possessed by hate groups who provoke the fear of God and think they have his blessing to carry out his wrath.

The Lord giveth and the unhinged — and late-term abortionists — taketh away.

Which is the greater sin.

Randall Terry and Bill O’Reilly will let you in the militia states worried that Obama is going to take away your guns and that a Latina is going to be on the Supreme Court and take her fury out on old white guys let you know.

It’s getting to the point where slugs like these guys don’t even have to use “code” words anymore.

People who used to believe their dogs were talking to them now have Bill O’Reilly to talk directly to them.

Another act of terror on America?

Hell, it’s not going to come from Iran or those evil Muslims.

It’ll come from the enemy within.

And we all know who they really are, don’t we.

Whoever would’ve thought a comic book charcter from ages ago would have been so prophetic when it said, “We have met the enemy and they is us.”

Happy hunting, pilgrims….
