Shock and awe-inspiring

U.S. combat mission in Iraq accomplished.

Take that Deadeye Dick Cheney.

It's a "banner" day W.

Didn't see President Obama flashing any false bravado on an aircraft carrier or anything like that.

It was the troops' day in the sun. Their loved ones seemed shockedover the good news they were finally coming home. The welcoming home in the state of Washington was awe-inspiring.

The last U.S. combat troops left Wednesday night and NBC and MSNBC were the only TV news networks to cover the actual leaving and crossing into Kuwait.

Take that "Most powerful name in news."

Yep, Fox was MIA at the historic exit.

Wonder why?

OK, so NBC and MSNBC are Obamaniks.

Meanwhile, Fox had to play the good soldier on this one. Couldn't criticize the withdrawal. Don't want to be seen like they're not supporting the troops. They must have been in shock. Aww....

But Fox Fabricated News deserved this snub. It actually caught the "Hope America fails" network so by surprise it didn't even have time to fabricate a news story about it.

Fox and CNN were running their news personality shows while the president's favorite TV news network got the exclusive.

If the "We incite. You react" network had the exclusive, this is what America might have seen broadcast:

"Obama retreats in Iraq!"

"Mission Surrender!"

"Shock and Awful!"

"And now back to the mosque controversy we let loose on the American people like it was a salmonella egg outbreak."

Well, now that the combat troops are gone and back home, it will be back to Fox hounding the prez because he's going on vacation for 10 dayson Martha's Vineyard.

"Tonight on Fox: Obama's vacation, Day 1: Basking in the sun while Americans look for work!"

You know Murdoch and Ailes are plotting something really vicious (they have to keep topping themselves) since they weren't included in covering the combat troop withdrawal.

This is the thanks they get for providing all that propaganda that got us into that war in the first place.
