You probably won't see any blog posts for the next three days. We are headed out of Phonm Penh to the Battambang Province. DaVik's village is in a remote area with no power or running water and probably no internet... just a guess. Then we will head to Siem Reap on Tuesday and will try to post then.
Thanks for reading.

Adding to what Jeff said, speaking for myself, I will miss sending the blogs from our perch overlooking the Tonle Sap here at the Foreign Correspondents Club, or the Press-Telegram Phnom Penh Bureau, as we like to call it.

I can only imagine how strange Cambodia is to you guys. The people, the culture, and the food are diffent. I'm sure the people are happy to see you guys walking in their town, eating their food or drinking their beers.

I admire you guys on the covering DaVik's story. You guys are doing an outstanding job. I think the man upstairs is looking after her; she met people like you, Greg, Bobby, and Peter.

I have the pleasure of meeting Peter on several occassions. He and Bobby had told me about their trip last year, when they met DaVik and her mother. DaVik and her mother are pretty lucky to have met those guys.

Just to tell you a little bit about me; i am a close friend of "Bobby", that's what we (his friends) call him. I am sure that he is very helpful to you guys. I am a Cambodian born. I have not yet been back to Cambodia; it has been over 26 years. Maybe someday, i'll get that chance.

Well, keep up the good work. You guys are doing the right thing not only for DaVik but for the people of Cambodia; who lives here in the States, especially in Long Beach.

PS, get yourself a helmet and wear it when riding Tuk Tuk...:)

Dear Greg and Jeff,

You guys remind me of Casablanca with th Imac or the Press of thirty five years ago in the Cambodian War with the Imac. I wish I could be there to have Angkor beer with you.

Thanks for everything you've done to write Cambodian stories. You are great for the Cambodians and great for Humanity. And Cambodia should give you citizenship by now. Today we will pray for Davik and for you guys with the monks' blessing at Wat Wipassanaram.

We missed you guys at the court house yesterday when we had a showdown with the board. As usual only a few of them showed up to request T.R.O. barring us from going to the temple. What a nerve. Anyway all their motions were flatly denied by judge Di Loreto.

O.K. guys, play more and work less. Anyway I should not teach the croc how to swim, as they say in Cambodian. I'm jealous that you guys' got to see Angkor Wat again. Greg, get me some Siemreap prahok, would you?
