The folks from Project Oasis say that the next Top of the Town Arts Festival will take place at Houghton Park, 6301 Myrtle Ave., from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 9. The event is free and open to the public. There will be local artists, craft makers, musicians and art students. According to Oasis, "There will be hands-on art project booths, providing opportunities for kids of all ages to explore their creative side and create their own works of art."
