I feel that this policy is ridiculous. I flew for the last time out of Burbank on April 24, 2009.
My travel partner and I checked in together, however, the boarding process took me and my husband to the front and rear of the aircraft.
Does the airlines take into consideration the people that have allergies to pets? Is this an attempt to offset a decrease in sales.
I understand that service animals are allowed when other animals are not, but give me a break. Why can't these animals be stored in the luggage area and special accomodations made.
