The Red Car Museum in Seal Beach reopened today, the Seal Beach Daily reports. U.S. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Huntington Beach, Orange County Supervisor John Moorlach and Seal Beach Mayor Pro-Tem David Sloan attended the opening.
