Longtime Press-Telegram readers may recall a feature called Action Line, where reporters would seek out answers to reader questions. The spirit of Action Line lives on in City Hall reporter Paul Eakins' 333 column, which on a monthly basis will get reader questions answered by City Hall types. It's a great idea.
