Staff photographer Raul Roa happened across this family disturbance. Finding the family members out on the curb, Roa got this photo of the couple as they were being held. The caption reads: These two people were briefly detained after they were reportedly involved in a "family dispute" at Broadway & Canobie Aves. in Whittier. The two, occupants of a vehicle that was pulled over by police, were detained for a short time and then released.
